Register to Vote!

All registered Democrats who are registered to vote in New Mexico's First Congressional District are allowed to vote in the June 2008 primary election. You must be registered to vote as a Democrat by Tuesday, May 6, 2008 to participate in the June 2008 primary.

In New Mexico, you must fill out a paper voter registration form and return it to your county clerk's office. Please, contact us or call the Democratic Party of New Mexico toll free at 1-800-624-2457.

Vote by Mail

You are encouraged to vote by mail. It's fast, easy and efficient. All you have to do is fill out a simple ballot request form and mail it in. You'll be mailed your ballot with instructions for voting and returning your ballot. It's that simple!

Vote Early

Early, in person voting begins at the county clerk's office on Tuesday, May 6th and ends on Saturday, May 31st. Early voting begins at satellite locations on Saturday, May 17th and ends on Saturday, May 31st. Click here to find the times and locations of early vote locations!
